1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Saint Ventura (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the website at saintventura.co.za and any purchase of products from us. By browsing, subscribing, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Age & Eligibility

Our website is open to users aged 13 and older. If you are between 13 and 17, you may browse and use the site, but any purchase must be made with the knowledge and authorisation of a parent or legal guardian. By completing a purchase as a minor, you confirm that a parent/guardian has approved the transaction.

Persons aged 18 and over may purchase independently in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA). We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent at our discretion.

3. Products & Availability

We take care to accurately describe our products, including materials, sizes, colours, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or images are entirely error-free. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen calibration.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. If an item you ordered is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obligated to honour the incorrect price. We will contact you before processing such an order and give you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued.
• We identify a pricing or product description error.
• We are unable to verify payment.
• We suspect fraud or unauthorised use.

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Yoco. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not store your card details. See our Payment Policy for full details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines, costs, and coverage areas are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Once your order is dispatched, risk of loss and title pass to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Our full return and exchange procedure is set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Your statutory rights under the CPA are not affected by this policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Saint Ventura name, logo, product designs, photography, graphics, and written copy — is the exclusive property of Saint Ventura and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g. saving a product image for your own reference) is permitted.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content or data without our written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including Saint Ventura staff.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or admin areas.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our website or infrastructure.
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose under South African law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these prohibitions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saint Ventura’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the CPA or other applicable South African law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg, Gauteng, without prejudice to your right to approach any court of competent jurisdiction for urgent relief.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or services. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on our website or communicated via email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the website or any purchase after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
